A caseworker for your life abroad

wezwanie.pdf from e-Doręczenia
This is a wezwanie from the Mazowiecki office. They ask for proof of health insurance covering your whole stay, and give you 14 days from delivery to send it.

It matches what the official said on 18 Sep: a letter would follow. Your reply is due Tuesday 10 November. I drafted a Polish cover letter for you to check.

The problem

Three jobs stand between you and your new life.

A residence-and-work permit in Poland means a case that runs for more than a year, talks at the counter in Polish, and letters with deadlines counted from the day they arrive. Miss one and the application is left unexamined. Dossierly carries all three.

Made for the moments that decide a case

Newcomers are not paperwork experts. Dossierly learns your case, then shows up at the counter, at the kitchen table and before every visit.

Why Dossierly

Translation apps give you words. Dossierly carries the case.

Translation apps work one sentence at a time and forget everything. Agencies remember the case but cost thousands of złoty. Dossierly remembers the whole case, for a fraction of that.

Your questions, coveredGet started today

What exactly is Dossierly?

A personal AI caseworker for life abroad. You get your own private agent that remembers your whole residence case: it prepares you for official appointments, interprets while you talk to the official, reads the letters that follow and counts the deadlines.

Is this legal advice?

No. Dossierly interprets and explains. It never gives legal or medical advice, and an interpret-only guard checks every turn.

Which countries and offices are covered?

Poland first: temporary residence and work at the Mazowiecki office in Warsaw. Germany and France are next. A country goes live only when its offices, letter types and deadline rules are covered from their sources.

Which languages can I use?

The official's side is Polish. You can speak English, Ukrainian, Hindi or Tamil. Interface labels are in English; content follows your language.

Does Dossierly keep my audio?

No. Each spoken turn in Polish, English or Ukrainian is sent once for transcription by Meta Muse Voice Transcribe and deleted; only the text is kept. Hindi and Tamil use your browser's own recognition.

What happens to my personal data?

Your case lives on your device, encrypted with AES-GCM. Identifiers are masked before any model call, and every model call and connection is listed in your privacy ledger.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Letters, appointment preparation, interpreting and deadlines are free.
